The ‘Reducing Bureaucracy’ project continues to progress, and our work teams are addressing various issues based on your informative feedback.
On the website, you will find updated information that includes ‘Q&A’ on various topics, aimed at improving and streamlining work processes across campus.
In response to inquiries from staff members, several improvement processes have been completed. As part of these efforts, new digital systems have been launched, and user-friendly platforms have been created. For example:
* In the Public Relations and Resource Development Unit, new digital forms and innovative marketing tools have been introduced;
* The Safety and Security Units have implemented a digital process for event approvals on campus, operating efficiently and swiftly;
* IT has devised various support paths to streamline and make service more efficient.
Some long-term processes still require ongoing attention despite progress.
We anticipate continued hard work in the coming months and will keep you updated. I would like to express my gratitude to the team leading this initiative, as well as to the managers of the various units, who are committed to improving work processes on campus.
